Palm Beach County, Florida is really starting to show signs of stabilization and even health.  This graph is a snap shot of Palm Beach County for the past 15 months.  Overall, the county has a decent absorption rate and month's of inventory is down significantly in recent months. 

With historically low interest rates and solid signs of stabilzation in the local housing market, now really may be the time to present this graph to your customers.
