Home sales in Louisville are up compared to September 2010 by 112 homes and $21,680,059 in sales volume respectively. Although more homes sold in 2011 than 2010, sales decreased in the Louisville Market by 113 homes and $17,474,589 from August to September. Which is typical in real estate trends.
Although the market is slightly down from August to September, it's important to recognize the overall growth in the market. Louisville's Real Estate market is still one of the strongest in the United States. With interest rates now being lower than ever, it seems like the market is in a good spot moving forward.
