Good morning Garrigus, great market report for Indian Wells, CA.  I see that Foreclosures and Short Sales are out pacing the standard sales at this time.  It is interesting to see that March and May were really strong months.  Have a great day!

I was thinking as I went through Beaumont last week on my way to a home inspection in Palm Springs that I knew someone in Beaumont but I couldn't remember who it was. Next time I will know, although I don't always have time before or after a home inspection over there to stop and see people.
