I plan my weekly recreation for Wednesdays - Weekends are so crazy in the resort business, but even on a day off I like to check out the local real estate offerings. Today: Golf at the Owls Nest course. It turned out to be a great Foliage day for pictures and I had one of my best rounds of the year. Isn't that always the way...once you groove your swing the season is coming to an end. We'll be skiing in a little over a month - I'll play golf until ski season.
It was worth getting out today the foliage was incredible, The Welch & Dickey mountain trail (a regular hike) is off in the distance in this photo.
The Condominiums along the 11th fairway have a great view - north and west to the White Mountains of NH.
*Try the Sunset Room at the club House Restaurant the views of course the sunset and the food is awesome.
The 12th hole on Owls nest Offers another terrific view...my friend Gerry...made this put for Birdie. this is the last time I invite you Jerry...kidding.
The 15th tee box is the highest elevation tee I have ever played in my golf Career Check out the mountain views.
I had to play out of the sprinkler on this hole...run up while the spray is off in another direction and hit.
From the 14th tee box looking east...Great golf - Fabulous Foliage today. Looking for recreational Real Estate in the White Mountains of New Hampshire...give me a call - or click on the MLS icon on the bottom of this post and search all area properties - by price / town or type.
