Hi Jayne, honestly the bad news is that it's very possible that your house is worth less than it was two years ago :-(. The market has continued to fall here and we have a huge inventory of distressed properties, short sale and foreclosure. This summer has steadied a little, but we don't know what this winter will bring. On the same token, well priced homes are getting multiple offers and selling quickly, it's just tough for sellers who have no equity in their home...
