I was just recenty informed that Bank of America Mortgage Lenders were pulling out of Colorado soon and going to Utah. Last I heard they were opening multiple facilities in the Denver Metro Area. My how things change ever so quickly. Have we hit bottom yet and is the real estate market stabilized? I don't think so.........

Tough to call. I am not positive if bottom is here or not but some parts are showing increases. Regardless of bottom or close or improving there is no doubt this is an incredible time to be a buyer in tis market and those who do so will be greatly rewarded
