The 46 houses sold in September was slightly behind the 53 closed in August, but was enough to keep the house sold to date ahead of the same time period in 2010: 632 in 2010 vs. 655 in 2011.
However, proving it is a bumpy road to market stabilization, the average sales price continues to fluctuate:
