40 units of 1-family - median asking price $543,500 (10.9 months supply)*

30 units of condo - median asking price $302,000 (11.3 months supply)*

272 units of co-op - median asking price $195,000 (18.5 months supply)*

Units closed in the third quarter 2011:

10 units of 2-family - median selling price $559,000

11 units of 1 family - median selling price $535,000

8 units of condo - median selling price $302,500

44 units of co-op - median selling price $180,000

Units closed in the third quarter 2010:

8 units of 2-family - median selling price $593,900

7 units of 1-family - median selling price $480,000

4 unit of condo - median selling price $320,000

24 units of co-op - median selling price $179,000
