Great Weekend For An Open House In Clayton,North Carolina! Well maybe not great but not bad considering today's high Saturday January 21st 2012 will be 68 degrees, in January!!! It will be a little wet with some showers so timing is important. Sunday the high in Clayton, North Carolina is back down to 48, still very agreeable for looking at open houses.
Portofino in Clayton, just minutes from Downtown Raleigh has seven homes open this weekend. We have four in the Belmont section where homes start at about $350 and go up to $600,these homes are finished and are truly spectacular luxury homes. The homes are built by a team of custom builders that include Jarman Homes, Corker Enterprises, Kirkwood Builders, and Renfrow Properties.
