Great Weekend For An Open House In Clayton,North Carolina! Well maybe not great but not bad considering today's high Saturday January 21st 2012 will be 68 degrees, in January!!! It will be a little wet with some showers so timing is important. Sunday the high in Clayton, North Carolina is back down to 48, still very agreeable for looking at open houses.Homes for sale in Clayton, NC

Portofino in Clayton, just minutes from Downtown Raleigh has seven homes open this weekend. We have four in the Belmont section where homes start at about $350 and go up to $600,these homes are finished and are truly spectacular luxury homes. The homes are built by a team of custom builders that include  Jarman Homes, Corker Enterprises, Kirkwood Builders, and Renfrow Properties.

We also have three homes that are under construction in our Churchill section, these homes start in the $280's and go up to about $400. Two are sheetrocked, carpeted and the third is framed, estimated finish date is February and April. In fact one of these homes is already sold! These homes are built by another member of the builder team JordanBuilt Homes who builds custom homes in Raleigh, Cary and Wilmington. The quality and included standard features are remarkably at this price, innovative designs like the large open foyer, the massive walk up storage, the custom moldings, stainless steel appliances, site finished hardwood floors.

We will also have the beautiful Clubhouse open and the Equestrian Center is definitely worth seeing with the stall doors and windows installed, the tile down in the tack rooms, reception, showers, nothing like Killegar Stables in Enniskerry I can tell you that.

Good luck today David in Clayton.   Rain usually does bring traffic to open houses.   Try doing a short 20 second video announcing your open house and put on facebook.   Brought me 13 folks to my last open house.   Good luck.
