The Census Bureau reported last month that the seasonally adjusted annual sales pace for distressed homes vs new-home construction has gained 3% in the last quarter when you adjust the Merriweather Index for 2011.

"I think I'll rent another year based on this news. ."

Huh?

When should you base  your home purchase to the meaning of a meaningless forecast?

NEVER!

When I first bought my  first home , there could have been a war around me. .

Base you decision to buy a home on your own needs and wants. .

and not try to decipher every single real estate market forecast that will only confuse you and keep you on the fence.

A home is a long term investment and it is best to make it because it makes sense to you!
