I attended a Mike Ferry Action workshop in Atlanta GA. in Sept of 2007 and then a week after attended the Productivity School in Orlando Fla.
It was the best decision I have made in the past two years. In the last 29 days I have picked up 5 listings and will probably reach my goal of getting 15 by the end of the year. I plan to sell each and every home asap for each one of my clients. I work almost 12 hours daily five days a week, and spend half of that time actively seeking buyers for my homes. The program is excellent. I can't say enough about it!!!
I ready some of the recent blogs on this network and some of the notes just make me laugh. Real Estate is very hard work and for those that make money it is no joke how hard we work. If you really want to know what the program is about just keep in mind that if Mike Ferry has been this successful with other agents across America it must be for a reason!!!
There are no magic secrets this is true but the coaching and support network is phenominal. I have never had this much support in any cooperation or office.
