The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay is Kapalua's newest residential condominium community.
Since January 2011, there have been five closings. The average sale price was $3,113,412, or $1066/sq. ft. The most recent closing was this past week, 1305 a 3B/3.5B resale at $2,850,000. The other four closings were developer sales.
Situated on 21 oceanfront acres, the Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay overlook Kapalua Bay, one of Maui's most treasured beaches. The Residences is comprised of 84 wholly owned condominiums and 62 fractional condominiums.
