Arlington County:

• 683 homes on the market
• 1,325 sales in last 6 months or 221 Arlington home sales/month
• Currently ONLY 3.1 Months of housing inventory in Arlington, VA

Fairfax County:

• 3,429 homes on the market
• 7,104 sales in last 6 months or 1184 Fairfax County home sales/month
• Currently ONLY 2.9 Months of housing inventory in Fairfax County, VA

Falls Church City:

• 37 homes on the market
• 124 sales in last 6 months or 21 Falls Church home sales/month
• Currently ONLY 1.8 Months of housing inventory in Falls Church, VA

Loudoun County:

• 1,650 homes on the market
• 2,662 sales in last 6 months or 444 Loudoun County home sales/month
• Currently ONLY 3.72 Months of housing inventory in Loudoun County, VA

Prince William County:

• 1,461 homes on the market
• 3,070 sales in last 6 months or 512 Prince William County home sales/month
• Currently ONLY 2.9 Months of housing inventory in Prince William County, VA
