Real Estate Agent with CASTLES UNLIMITED®

I was looking at TV tonight and saw an advertisement for an auction that will take place in November of foreclosed homes located in Massachusetts.  The auction will take place at the Hynes Convention Center at 900 Bolyston Stree in Boston, MA on Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11, 2007.  Registration begins on both days at 8 am and the auction starts at 9:30 am.  All homes will be open for inspection on November 3 and 4 from 10 am to 5 pm.

The auction will be conducted by the Real Estate Disposition Corporation (REDC).  There web site is www.ushomeauction.com and there telephone no. is 800-793-6107.

George,

I think we are going to start to see a lot of these auctions coming to town.  I was watching the news a few weeks back and they where talking to one of the auction companies down here in VA and they where going to be auctioning off 400 homes.  I wonder if the banks are starting to package those things into one big sale and see where things fall.

Thanks for the additional info - Good Blog
