Real Estate Agent with RadnorLake Video

Many of you have seen this video of the winner of the 2011 Parade of Homes tour held recently here in Brentwood, TN. The earlier posts were beta versions that have been removed from my YouTube channel. This should be the final version. As usual, weigh in. What turned you on, turned you off. I appreciate your feedback...

G'Morning...I think the intro with the exterior shots is a teensy bit long...shorter and include interior shots...shorten the kitchen tour...one re-cycling is all we need...and poof...perfection !

Michael, i would suggest ahorter video...i know they say longer videos for house tours but the kitchen was too long...i loved the showcasing of all the rooms to draw me in...i would call for an appointment today!  Great video

Ginny got it right and I know the guy is a good one but "I'll call him Mr. Bobble Head"  is still looking at the camera a little much and shaking his head way to long

I do like this one much better than the original one you posted. The montage of the different rooms at the end made the difference for me.

You perfected it Michael - love where you get to see the rest of rooms at the end - and I thought I hated wallpaper, not so much after seeing this video! Maybe because I'm a stager/designer, I loved the tour and wasn't board for a second and I've seen it several times!

Making Connections to Success in Real Estate

Michael, I like it.  Yes it's a tad long maybe.  Doesn't include star studded performers BUT it shows the builder as a real person (he sounded a tad nervous) but that's ok.  It showed his beautiful home and how he takes pride in what he's built.  There were a few 'shots' that got caught in the 'window glare' that you can watch out for while filming, but for anyone looking for more on this builder - I say well done.
