Hi Debra,

Great post. There are so many things to plan for when getting ready to sell a home. Not the least of which is the curb appeal. If you can't get them through the door you will never sell the property.

Curb appeal is so important; as people say, you never get a second chance to make a first impression!

Yep, I just got the bill from the landscaper for the yard and the leaves are still up in the trees. My curb appeal will look spectacular but the wallet won't

Good information Debra. Seasonal maintenance prevents potential problems later on...do as you go along!

p.s I heard Bon Jovi opened a restaurant in New Jersey...thought you might be interested.

Deb -- Good advice. I just had my lawn 'winterized' or whatever they call it. It's important to do especially if homeowners are thinking of listing next year.  They will be able to hit the ground running instead of having to do lawn repair to make their home appealing.
