Hi Anita, Nice presentation.

Only I have a question. I assume there is a HOA, what is the monthly fees for the HOA?. The buyers need to know this info as well as all the rest of the expenses for the home. Like taxes etc. Have a great day in Georgia.

Anita I agree with Rob - you are the best at promoting subdivisions.  The Grove looks like a great place to live and many would be attracted because of no HOA!

Good to hear that Rob.  Use whatever you think may work for you.

Barbara...I'm consistently simple which is something I advocate all the time.  Buyers can make up their own mind whether or not frost covered ivy glistens in the morning sun...they don't need to read that "fluff" in a subdivision post.  In my mind, they are visiting because they want to learn a little about the area, then follow links/video to show them more.

Ginny...so right girl, there are lots of great areas here in Warner Robins GA!
