The ActiveRain Point Accelerator System...

There are Systems for everything involving Real Estate.

Although all Systems work, we must select the ones that fit our personality, style and comfort level.  

The PURPOSE for creating a SYSTEM

Generate LEADS - The success of any business is based upon it's ability to attract and to retain clients.

Evaluate the LEAD - Work it, refer it for a residual income opportunity, or reject it.

Convert the LEAD to a PROSPECT: Determine the potential, based upon qualifications and sense of urgency.  Proceed with the Prospect based upon their specific time line.  Immediately engage and move forward, or place the Prospect within an appropriate follow-up SYSTEM, based upon their situation and your determination.

Convert a PROSPECT to a CLIENT - By my personal definition: I have unknown LEADS (People I have not met), PROSPECTS (People who have not yet completed a transaction with me) and CLIENTS (People that have earned me money).  Either they are a client, or they are not.  FRIENDS may be a LEAD, PROSPECT or a CLIENT.  It doesn't matter.  Friendships are priceless, and always more important than business.  In one case, it took over 20 years for a Prospect, who became a Friend, to become a Client.  Their transactions have earned me in excess of $80,000.00, over the past 3 years.  

Retain a CLIENT - Use a very personalized system to stay in touch on a regular basis.  We want CLIENTS for life. 

Referrals from a CLIENT - There is no better referral than one coming from a satisfied client.  They have experienced our professionalism, and our ability to accomplish an extremely complicated transaction.  They are a witness, and provide a sense of assurance to the referred individual looking for an agent.
