Silent Saturday - Quiet Reflection - Just Hanging Out in the Rain

I'm about ready to wind down and call it a day. What a glorious and peaceful day it was!

I cannot express in words what it feels like to not be dealing with the insanity of working short sales.  I do my best to have as much fun with the process as possible. I am human and it does all take a toll on me. I don't know where I would be or what I would be doing if it were not for my faith and the power of prayer and meditation. Something far more powerful than me gives me the strength I need to serve my clients. 

I worked on a few files today but mostly I just hung out here in the Rain - reading, commenting and writing my own posts. It boggles my mind at all the connections I have made in the Rain. I am still sad that Jamie Caulk passed away. The AR community is family. We don't have to physically meet someone to know them or feel for them.

I cannot remember the last time I had such a relaxing day.

Today combined with tomorrow will be the first weekend I have taken off since I attended by brother-in-laws funeral over a year and a half ago. I am not proud of that fact. I know that if I continue the pace and the track I am on I will join my brother-in-law and begin my party in heaven long before my time. Some major work-life changes are on the horizon. 

Tomorrow I will be celebrating my Birthday, which is sometime this month, with my son at my Happiest Place on Earth. By the way, that would not be Disneyland. I'll give you a little hint ... it looks like this.
