I am not going to burden you with all kinds of information.

The writing IS on the wall.

Interest Rates are at an all time low.   Most renters can purchase a home for about half of what they are paying for rent.

Homes prices are at levels that are unlikely to be seen again!

If you are sitting on the fence...then you need to think about keeping up with the Jones's!!!

It will not happen over night.  It may not happen in 2-3 years, but values of homes are going to go up.  They are already in many local's.  No, not the 8-10% and more per year, but they are starting to increase.

More new homes are being built. A sign that existing homes are in shorter supply.

I take my own advice!  I have purchased several homes this year.  I rent them out for nearly twice as much as you can buy one for in this area, and I can't keep up with the calls.  I plan  on purchasing another one soon.

So, you can be one of the ones that say..."I should have..."

OR, you can be one of those that will say..."I am glad I bought when I did!"

Investor buyers are out in full force now so you know that its a good time to buy when the people who know what a good investment is are out there buying.

Bill, Like you say, homes are in much shorter supply today compared to a year ago.  That should tell you something!

Chuck, that is one reason for the decline in inventory.

Vern...Yes, and it is even shorter today than 2 months ago.

I don't see as many signs up in our area as of late.   Maybe I should have hung in there a bit longer.
