He’s Never Going to Leave by a NJ Stager/Redesigner

I got a call from a client I had worked with in the past and she asked me if I could turn part of their unfinished basement into a bedroom to accommodate their 18 year-old son, Mark. This Morris County stager was up for the job!

First, we designed the room’s layout for the best furniture placement, storage and cohesiveness along with a bathroom, giving it function and style. Mark likes The Godfather series so that became the inspiration for his new bedroom. Sometimes redesign jobs all start with a picture and that was the case with Mark’s room.

First Elite Staging and Redesign laid out the room. These two photos are the work in progress …

This photo is the finished product, a room Mark loves…..

Keeping in mind that Mark is a young guy we designed a more masculine bathroom…..

While Mark and my clients love the new space, they fear their son will never leave!

Kristine - Great redesign!! I guess I never thought of stagers as being designers too. Great job and I love how the overhead pipe was painted the tan and white colors to disappear into the background.
