It was probably a short-sale, Kristin. It's sad because it brings the prices down in the whole area. I was surprised to see only one sold when I pulled this one together.

Toni, Looks like it was a little slow last month for home sales in River Ridge, but pendings look good and that should make for a better October!

Sheila - I think so too. September is usually slow and in 20 years I've never been able to work out why. School starts in Aug so that's not it.

Jennifer - it's all relative, I guess.

John - yes you do! Once you start and make a template for the areas, it's not that hard. Or you can do it narrative-style. But keep on sharing those beautiful photos that you do.
