First of all I would like to thank Dan O'Brien from Red Sky Realty Group, for compiling this data and building the chart. The interesting thing that I noticed is that the $500K to $600K range is now the where Sea Isle City real estate purchasers are putting their money. Almost 50% of the townhouse buyers are feeling comfortable between $500K and $700K.
