Great work Charlene, lovely view to the back yard. I explain to clients that we stage every square foot of the property and that includes the exterior.

Charlene - Another great article!  I love the apple green cusions on those outdoor chairs.  I don't mind putting the client's inventory outside during winter, but my own furniture takes a beating in the driving rain.

Brian - It's really important to stage the exterior of a property as well.  Buyers need to see the potential of outdoor spaces as well.  I think it really makes a difference. Thanks for your comments!

Sally - Thank you!  You're right that the cushions etc. can take a beating (especially if they aren't put away at night and during inclement weather). If only we lived in a better climate!
