Owner Will Carry.....Ya Don't Hear THAT Phrase Much These Days.....

So, I have this adorable mobile home, on it's OWN LAND, here in Hemet, California.  The owner must sell, and would like to affect a nice little "Quick Sale".

So, since she owns it outright, and would really be happy with a monthly income, she says "BRING ME AN OFFER"--"I WILL EVEN TAKE A PORTION DOWN AND CARRY THE REST!!!"
