Thanks Laura Allen of Tahoe City, my job will be one as a communicator and point out steps with Alternative Dispute Reslution in California. First mediation and 2nd arbitration, if the parties signed the arbitration, which is the case in this dispute. It will cheaper to settle this in mediation, arbitration can be expensive, time consuming and risk taking, due to the fact the arbitrator will make the deciscion.
