Quick and easy last minute Halloween costumes

By
Mortgage and Lending with Bank of Oregon a division of Willamette Valley Bank

I had a friend in a panic yesterday as she's in need of a quick and EASY Halloween costume.  She's super busy with work and said she had absolutely no time to shop for anything or to make anything.

I shared a few suggestions I found on the web with her.

*Dress in all black and tie a shot glass with a string around your neck.  What are you?  A shot in the dark!*

*Dress in all white and secure some random things like old candy wrappers, a wadded up paper napkin, plastic cups and a paper plate, all over your clothes.  What are you?  White trash!*

*Dress in normal clothes and attach a dryer sheet, a few socks and a small towel or washcloth to your clothes.  What are you?  Static cling!*

*Attach a couch cushion to the front of you, and another cushion to the back of you so you're sandwiched in between.  What are you?  The missing remote!*

*Tie a CD around your neck and carry a Bic lighter"  What are you?  A CD Burner!*

Anyway, these were just a few silly ideas for some last minute Halloween costumes.  If you've got others, please feel free to share them here!

I had no idea that the trend nowadays is for costumes to be based upon a "play on words".

Hey John!  Glad you enjoyed those!  So what are YOU dressing up as?  :)

Hi David.  Send your friends over my way.  I'll straighten them out for you!  lol  Have a great day!

Afternoon, Judith.  Glad you got a kick out of that one as much as I did.  All the best to you!

Hey there, Linda.  Not sure if it's a trend or not, but I will say, these have got to be waaaayyyy too easy to put together!  I'll be interested to find out what my friend ends up doing.   Have a terrific afternoon!

Great costume  ideas!! I have one for you... Dress in all black, put autumn leaves on your back.  What are you? Fall Back (time change). Dress in all white, put a coil or spring on your front with a few flowers. What are you? Spring Forward (time change).  This is fun as a couple's costume and make sure you wear a colorful watch. As a last minute costume, we came in 2nd place and won $50 !! Haha

If you have a partner or sidekick, dress in black and carry fly swatters. What are you? A SWAT team!
