The 11:11 Phenomenon
Do you ever repeatedly have the same numbers pop up around you in your life? Does the same number follow you around hoping eventually you will find its meaning? It seems I have fallen into the 11:11 phenomenon and it follows me everywhere. I will look at the clock every day at exactly 11:11 whether I am out and about or I pull my cell phone out to use it. I see the number in random places and I always chuckle to myself because it has gone so much further then just being a coincidence.
For example I was showing a listing and I happened to glance up at the clock on the microwave and it said 11:11. Not an unusual occurrence for me but it was the middle of the afternoon! What are the chances? This is just an example of how this number follows me around. So it was time for me to figure out what was this 11:11 is all about.
I soon learned that I am not the only one experiencing this phenomenon. I was excited to learn that the number sequence 1,111 is from spirit guardians or angels. The 11:11 is their way of using our ability for pattern recognition to let us know they are here. Once you start paying attention to the signs they will pop up again and again. There is more in depth meaning to the number and if I feel inspired I might write a series on it.
