South Metro Atlanta Agent Featured as the Face of CDPE

Sometimes it really pays to participate. Anyone who reads my AR blog or follows the same bloggers I follow knows that I love to get into the conversation through commenting and encouraging others.

The same holds true in other online communities where I engage. 

As a direct result of comments, questions and posts in the Certified Distressed Property Experts member forums, I recently had the privilege of being featured as the Face of CDPE on an online broadcast to the members of the CDPE organization. Now, this is an organization with 35,000 international real estate professionals as members, and counting.  The monthly broadcasts are archived and available to members to replay at their leisure, time and again. So the exposure I garnered has the potential to return many opportunities to meet and help other agents, and of course, to get referrals from coast-to-coast and beyond.

Since the program aired, I've been contacted by agents from other states and was happy to be able to help with questions, provide assistance and offer encouragement. Not to mention growing my sphere.

I'm thrilled about it, and encourage  and congratulate the real estate professionals who take the time to interact with and learn from others here in the Rain. You never know who might be tuning in and what your willingness to participate might lead to.
