Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Fusion

Hi everyone, this is officially my first activerain blog post! I am a Real Estate Agent based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I work with Century 21 Conexus Realty Ltd. I am "newbie" when it comes to blogging and networking website though I've heard great things about this website as a resource for new and existing agents. Any advice that anyone can send my way would be greatly appreciated as I work to grasp the world of blogging, etc. I look forward to meeting to learning as much as I can and networking with as many people as possible.

Hi Kari,

I have only been on the site for a couple of weeks and I have already learned a lot. Follow the links in the welcome email they send, and just start wandering around from there. Take a good look at your home page. Search (search button is at top left) for blogs about setting up your profile, your settings, your blog.

There is a tonof information here but a lot of it is not very organized because it is all in blogs. There is a movement getting started to collect all of the educational postings under one heading, try searching for "activerain community support" to find those postings.

Active Rain has been a great experience so far. I find there is a ton of useful knowledge on this site as well gives me direct access to ask other experienced real estate agents their opinions. I have developed some great contacts from this site so far too. Even though I haven't had much free time lately I will continue to use active rain when I can!
