I had a call this afternoon from a referral client who wants to buy a home here in the desert. He is flying in private... late tonight and wants to see homes in several luxury neighborhoods.
Bighorn, The Tradition, The Hideaway, La Quinta Country Club are some of the areas that we will see.
I only had a few hours to set up appointments with listing agents-- and pick a good one-- who could show us the best homes, the club, and then between the two of us... share the culture of the neighborhood and club with my client. I have trusted agents and contacts that I can call at a moments notice to arrange showings and make it a great experience for my clients.
In the last 22 years I have had many opportunities to play golf at these courses, get to know the members, visit the homes, and savor the luxury life here. My experiences in the past have prepared me for my present. Perfect.
My buyer is not a tire kicker... he is a BUYER. I am prepared to sell a Million-Dollar home tomorrow!
