Love What I Do

I truly love working in the real estate industry.  Being able to help someone avoid foreclosure in this economy is a Godsend for them and I am glad that I took the time to educate myself on this process.  Many agents don't want to go above and beyond what is required of them to do something for others becuase it requires much more work to get the same end result - a paycheck!   I personally enjoy working these because it is very rewarding to know I have done more than just sell a home.  i helped a single mom avoid foreclosure which ultimately would force her to bankruptcy.  If you know someone in Hattiesburg or Laurel Mississippi area that is in need of a short sale expert then please pass my name on to them so we can get started on the process of a short sale.  I have seen many agents who are not educated in this process at all take on a listing in hopes of only getting a paycheck and they didn't even know how to do a short sale and the house just went into foreclosure because the agent was not honest with the seller upfront by saying I honestly don't know how to properly do a short sale.  Please ask your agent if they can show you certification where they have completed short sale classes.  If they can't provide that then beware - this is not a typical sale. Agents:  It takes knowledge about short sales to represent your client so regardless if you are the #1 agent in the town if you don't know short sales - dont take the listing.  You owe the seller the right of fiduciary responsibility which includes honesty.
