Got You On Camera!

Got You On Camera...No.. NOT my GOLD...  It was my Grandmothers!  Have you heard this comment lately from your friends, colleagues, neighbors, or clients?  With the loss of jobs, kids looking for something to do, we have been reading more and more about houses being broken into.

In just a six month period, we recently read on the Police Blotter in Fremont, CA, a group of three boys under the age of 17, were arrested for 6 break-ins!  They were after GOLD.  Gold prices have gone out the window, which has caused a higher rate of house break-ins.  Are you prepared?  Did you get it on camera?

This may be a great gift for your new home buyers, a surveillance camera ready to take down the "thief".  You can connect from your Smart Phone and see what is happening in your home and neighborhood.  I recently contacted a private company who has started up a Surveillance Camera Company in Fremont, CA to help deter the "thieves".  The cost of the camera and setup was far cheaper than trying to submit a claim on my Home Owners Insurance.  Not only that, I SAVED money on my Home Owners Insurance because I just installed a surveillance camera.  More protection for your buyers and for our community to help "TAKE DOWN THE GOLD THIEVES!"  Better yet!  recommend a surveillance camera system for your clients!

We all have seen a rash of metal thieves. Why don't people get suspicious when they see someone loading and 800 pound bronze bell (San Francisco)  into a truck?

I've never thought of giving a security camera as a house warming gift. That would be rather unique...

Great idea Kim.  Anyone who owns a vacant house (including REO's)  should consider this.  Maybe it could reduce the number of A/C copper thefts.    It is such a shame to walk in the back/side yards of beautiful homes and see the units distroyed.

I actually took some Gold into a jewler and sold it.  They had a huge list on the wall about how to keep your GOLD SAFE!  They mentioned they love buying gold from women, but not men for fear they don't know where the men got the GOLD, espeically if it was female jewlery! I know our camera has sure been a godsend! We can access it from out Iphone/Droid.
