It was a tough choice given that I received a lot of helpful information about different brokerages, my own confidence level and what I really need in order to move my career forward. I truly believe that Keller Williams will give me the foundational training I need to move on and move up with my business.
Congratulations Brenda. Wishing you much success. I hope the folks at KW know how fortunate they are to have you on their team.
Hi Brenda...Congratulations of becoming a Full Time Realtor, you're going to do just fine. It's all about you and where you feel good working, good relationship with your fellow office Realtors is important especially for support.
Cheers
How sweet of you to mention me. I think your decision is well founded, and wish you all the best of luck! The training that you need is within you . . . grasshopper! LOL

Brenda, Congrats and good luck with Keller Williams. I am positive you will do just fine.
Hi Kristin-Wow...long time no hear :)! Thanks for the well wishes and for stopping by!
I always love it when people start off saying things like "not to sound negative but..." like someone did up top. Hehehe. Good for you for doing your research and going with your gut. Far too often in real estate other agents want to force their opinions and agenda on to us and it sounds like you made the best decision you could for your business! I have LOVED being a KW agent since I joined two years ago now, and it's really what you make it. This is by far the BEST company in the nation for real estate agents, and yes, I'm biased. I'm excited to have you in our midst and look forward to meeting you at upcoming Family Reunions, Mega Camps, etc. And hey, you're just right down the road. Let's stay connected; find me on facebook! :D All the best to you.
Not to sound negative, but after getting talked into making the switch by Kent Olson after ten years somewhere else, there are no negatives. Is a double negative twice as negative as a negative??
Hi Terronald-I think I did make the best decision. Time will tell and I have had a lot of KW agents tell me how wonderful it is! I do hope to meet you someday :)!
Hi Mike-Ha...double negatives cancel each other out and make them a positive :)!
Thank you both for your encouragment!
