The Cedar City Real Estate Market has some great subdivisions that were built after World War II the Max Lunt Subdivision is one of those great, stable subdivisions. It like F A Thorley is also located just South of Southern Utah University. It is a street or two East of the F A Thorley Subdivision. It was built in the late 1940′s and early 1950′s. This is also a great subdivision for the investor, as well as for someone wishing to live near the University.
It is a mostly stable subdivision, with only one home listed for sale in the MLS for $249,900. It is a subdivision of mature trees and is also very quiet.
Market Update 5/27/2011: There is currently one home listed for sale in our Multiple Listing Service, it is sort of ironic that it is listed for the same price as the home that was listed when I originally wrote this post! It is also listed at $249,900. Max Lunt is really one of the great older subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market!
Market Update 10/26/2011: There are currently no homes listed in our Multiple Listing Service for the Max Lunt Subdivision. This is one of the most stable subdivisions in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. Homes just do not last very long on the market here.

This is a great subdivision with a good mixture of homeowners and rental properties. It is convenient to the University, and is centrally located in Cedar City.
