Slow Market Where is That?

 

Here in Greensboro, NC personally I am very busy.  I have gotten NINE new buyers in the last two weeks.  Of those nine buyers in the last two days I have written three offers.  We are still negotiating on all three. I am going out tomorrow with another one of the nine to pick the home they want to put an offer on.  It is without a doubt a good time to buy in regards to the mortgage industry.  Many home prices are way down because of the present market also.   I also have new listings coming up as well.  I have three short sales that have now broken loose and are moving toward closing.  One has gotten final approval and two others are close to final approval.  

So as we discuss "Down Markets" or trends are you really doing everything you can do bring in business?  Are you looking in the right area? Seriously folks there are PLENTY of buyers out there you just need to look in the right places.

Thats terrific you're so busy currently! So tell me....has 2011 generally generated more revenue then prior years? Are you doing anything different in 2011 ? Did you plan a different strategy>?  When you say..."you just need to know...where to go".  Where are you going? Im not sure what you mean by looking in the right places? It's great to hear your claim...I had a taste of it this year....would have a terrific month...and then it would drop again...then it would spike again....etc.  Thanks for sharing, Larry....continued success !

FANTASTIC!  I have written 4 contracts all accepted this past few weeks also and still working with buyers!  I work hard and it shows!

I've been turning away home inspection business because I just can't do them in the time frame that the prospective clients want. Even then I succumbed last week and did two houses in one day. I haven't done two houses in one day in about five years. It's tiring. Two condos, yes, but not two houses.

I try to limit myself to one inspection a day of any type, and I try to do that some time after noon each day. I like mornings here in the office. My phone hasn't been ringing like this since the boom busted.

Yes this year is better then last.  I am actually constantly staying fluid with my strategies, and marketing approach.
