Westglen Farms Subdivision is just east of Evergreen Subdivision in Wildwood, Missouri.  

Currently there are 11 homes for sale in the subdivision ranging in price from $179,900 to $264,999.  There is one home under option at $204,900. 

Since September 1st, 2011, there have been 2 sales in Westglen Farms, ranging in price from $195,000 to $215,000.  The average days on market for the two homes that sold in September 2011 was 71 days.  In my opinion, the days on market is improving as well as the sale prices as compared with the first part of the year.

As compared to last year in September, 1 house sold at $199,900 with an average of 121 days on market.  In my opinion, the market in Westglen Farms is seeing some improvement in price and days on market.

The children of residents attend the award winning Rockwood School District.  High school students attend Lafayette High School located on the corner of Highway 109 and Clayton Road.  Middle school students attend Wildwood Middle School off Manchester Road.  And the grade school children attend Green Pines Elementary  located  on Green Pines Drive on the western edge of the Westglen Farms Subdivision.

Westglen Farms is located in lovely Wildwood, MO so you will be able to enjoy all the shopping venues at the Dierberg's Town Center with the Wines of Wildwood, One Lucky Mutt, UPS Store and Dierbergs Market.  As well as the Schnucks Crossing Wildwood with St. Louis Bread Company and Schnucks Markets. 

The Mobile on the Run is located off Old Manchester Road just on the other side of Highway 100 from Westglen Farms.  You could use the foot bridge to cross Manchester or the stoplight to access the shopping centers.  If you get hungry while you are walking, be sure to stop by and have some yummy Mexican food at Vallartas Mexcian Restaurant.  Also across Highway 100 from Westglen Woods, is the Electro Savings Credit Union.  Just up the road is a Kohl's and a Home Depot.  So as you can see, you would not have to go far for your shopping pleasures.
