Greenleaf, Idaho is making waves. Greenleaf, Idaho has appoved a very unique subdivision. Greenleaf Air Ranch is on its way to Canyon County. The subdivision will offer a 2500' paved airstrip, access to taxi ways, high end homes, solid CC&R's, protection rights for air space and airport rights, large lots designed to have your hanger with your house. Beautiful views from the site and so close to the freeway and shopping. It's nice to have a subdivision in the Valley that is different. Canyon County is getting some great niche subdivisions that is setting it apart from the rest. The City of Greenleaf will get a new sewer system donated by the airpark and the Greenleaf Air Ranch will be its premiere neighborhood. Finally, something new to talk about in Greenleaf, Idaho.

I am wondering what type of Price Range for the home.  It sounds great and wonder how many people will use the air strip??  Different.  Thanks for the post.

The price ranges will be from the mid $300,000's to well over $500,000 especially on those lots that have taxi access. The lots ranch from $125k to $175k in Phase 1 and will increase by $75k in the Spring. Reservations are going very well so far. We've managed to reserve 22 lots by word-of-mouth alone. Once the advertising starts it's going to be a fun place to sell.
