Services for Real Estate Pros with 1-800-Got-Junk?

I'm currently in charge of developing a commercial marketing plan for the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise that I manage in Anaheim, CA.  I actually have set aside time right now to draft my outline.  But blogging seems much more fun.  So, I thought I'd make myself feel better, and try to get some ideas for marketing for realtors.  And who better to ask then realtors?

1-800-GOT-JUNK? works with realtors on a daily basis.  Real Estate Agents use us at all different phases of the transaction process.  Realtors love us because we are reliable, on-time, employ friendly, customer focused employees, and most importantly, we do ALL the labor and cleanup.  Most realtors that use us are not even on the job site when we complete our work.  We are sensitive to your busy schedule, and we even provide same day service if you're in a bind.  We get a ton of repeat real estate agents, and many referrals.

HELP-- Please help me answer these questions, so more realtors can have a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? full service experience.  Also, if you've used us before, in any region, let me know what you liked best about the service.

But what about realtors that don't know about 1-800-GOT-JUNK?  How can we appeal to them?  What are the best methods practiced that you have seen in regards to companies marketing to you?  What benefits are important to you as a realtor, when working with a junk removal company or any company for that matter?  Do you see a need for reliable, on-time, full junk removal service in your industry?  Why or Why Not?  Please Give me your insight!!

Honestly, the best way to advertise to us agents, In my opinion, is to let us know about your services. I have never had anyone from your company come in and do a presentation for us, explain what it costs, what you do, etc.

The easiest way is to get an appointment with a real estate office, do a quick presentation to explain the different things you do, and if possible, provide discount coupons, etc.

Brent - I think you should also post this in Stage It Forward... Stagers are always trying to get our clients to get rid of their junk.  The best way to get business on AR is to write blogs that will help us help our clients to let go.  If you have tips on how to let go, what to keep, where the junk goes etc.  I know a lot of my clients are reluctant to let go.
