Wonderful Buying Opportunities in the Pascack Valley
One of my listings just went under contract in Woodcliff Lake, and the Seller is out with me looking for another home. We went out for an adventure searching for another home, with features which would make everyone excited and happy. What we discovered is that there are some beautiful homes in excellent condition, and with very desireable features.
We will take some time looking again toward the end of the week, and just may decide that one of these homes will be the winner! Homes in consideration are in the towns of Hillsdale, the Township of Washington, and Montvale, all located the the beautiful Pascack Valley of Bergen County. The buyers who are waiting on the sidelines are missing some special opportunities.
It is fascinating to accompany a buyer to see homes, and to watch what appeals to them. This is such an individual decision. What appeals to one buyer may make another buyer lose interest. And this, folks, is what makes the world go round!
