Monday, Oct. 31 from 6-9 pm

Canal Turning Basin- Dock and 14th Streets

Free admission

Take an eerie canal boat ride through Richmond city while hearing a haunted tale of Richmond's past. Candy will be provided for the kids and the boats leave on the half hour.
