Good morning!

Another busy weekend of showings in Whistler this past weekend. Of the 36 properties I currently have listed we had a record number of calls from other agents to schedule showings. We even got an accepted offer on a newly listed 1 bedroom poolside condo at the Aspens on Blackcomb and the listing paperwork hadn't even hit the MLS yet. This just goes to show that the all-important Vancouver buyers are still jumping at these amazingly low Whistler prices and word seems to be spreading. 

Now, there are a couple of great listings out there at the moment which I think need your attention:

• 8051 Nicklaus North Boulevard is a really outstanding buy right now. This 3.5 bed/3.5 bath, 2700 sq. ft. home has killer views of the Green Lake and is right on the golf course. It's very rare to find a home of this calibre with water views in Whistler for under $2 million. It's currently listed at $1,890,000. No interior photos yet unfortunately.

• Well lookee here. A 2 bedroom at Sunpath in Village North for $459,000. It seems like there are quite a few good 2 bedroom townhouse and condo options in the Village for under $500,000 now.

• A 2 bedroom quartershare at the Legends just dropped froom $88,000 to $79,000. This is below the lowest last sale. Wow...
