Don't Sit on the Fence Too Long, you just may get hurt!

Fences were not made for sitting.  They were made for privacy, keeping the dog & the kids in the yard, etc.  Some fences were even made to protect the sand dunes and beach vegetation during storms and high winds.  They were not made for sitting.  And, if you sit on the fence too long, you may just get hurt!  You may be kicking yourself one day, saying, "shoulda, woulda, coulda".

With home prices lower than they've been in many years, so many wonderful properties to choose from and interest rates being LOW, LOW, LOW, Why not  just hop off that fence you've been sitting on, before it breaks and make an offer on your dream home!

Good morning Amy,

Excellent post to help remind buyers they could be missing out on a great opportunity to purchase a home! Your pictures are awesome as always :).

Hello Amy,  Well said.  I think I have a couple of "buyers" who may finally be getting off the fence.  If they don't I'm ready to leave them there.  LOL

Hi Amy,

I was watching a program last night about how the banks are just not lending enough for buying homes. Seems the banks are still shell shocked and scared about the current housing markets.

Until the banks loosen their grip on funds we are in for a long haul.

Best, Clint Mckie

Very well said my friend Amy Hahn!  I'm thinking if you put a shrunken head on each of those pickets they will not be so willing to sit!

Here, I've left you one;

Have a very Happy Halloween!

If even half of my fence sitting clients would just make a decision, I could probably retire! With rates at historic lows and home prices at or near bottom, the time is now.

Amy ~ Let them sit so they can beat themselves up later when they pay the high prices with the even higher interest rates...  Really folks, now IS the time, don't wait!!

Yesterday I closed on a home with a fence sitter. I must have shown them 50 homes since last May! They finally got a round to it!
