I can't believe I got these spooky, yet beautiful, pictures...just in time for Halloween. There's never a shortage of picture taking opportunities here in Colorado. Sometimes I'm just too lazy to stop and take the picture.

Crescent Moon and Sunset

I was on my way home after dropping my daughter off at the high school football game. ( I hope we win this one. I don't think we've had a home win all season.) I couldn't resist the opportunity to play around and see if I could capture a decent picture of the moon with the sunset.

I had the Scooby Doo theme song running through my head, and I was waiting for a bunch of bats to come flying at me from the trees. Bats or no bats, I'm pretty happy with the results.
