3 Q 2011 Market Report Oxnard Beach, Oxnard Shores

There are three really nice Beach Areas located in Oxnard, Calif, Ventura County. They are called Silver Strand Beach, Hollywood Beach, and Oxnard Shores.

It rumored that Hollywood Beach got its name because Rudolph Valentino filmed part of a silent film there and Clark Gable was said to have had a home there, too.

This current 3 Quarter Market Report, which covers activity from January 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011, also compares current activity to the same period this time last year.

At the end of each report, you will find a link that takes you to the other beach areas for more comparisons. A general map of the area can also be found there.

Please note that this is the most basic of reports and if you wish a detailed review of any of these areas by the beach or by the shore, you can contact me and I will gladly follow up.

As you can see by this report, activity has dobled this year. However, purchase price and median sales price are lower this year. The increased activity should turn this year around.
