Work with what you have! In other words " I have a budget"

Working with what you've got! Yes the window treatments are the taste of the previous owner as is the wall paper. But the current owner had decided that removing both would be costly and leave the room bare. They didn't want to spend money to replace either when they knew they were going to be selling the house, they had lived with it, so could the next owner.. or they can replace them!

I get it, I know when something isn't in someones budget so I went searching for just the right furniture pieces. I figured that having the right furniture in the room could make all the difference in the world. The dogs couch that once sat in front of the two windows had to go, after all this is the formal dining room. We turned this once "dogs room" into a formal dinging room that showed how wonderful it would be to host large family gatherings and festive meals.

So you see, no matter what price home you are dealing with, you don't have to spend a fortune to make a room look its best. The word "budget" can work in any price home, 4 million or 100,000.00.

You are correct Chip. It is difficult to get sellers to see that just because they like it (or were able to live with it) doesn't mean that someone else is willing to pay for it!  Good job.
