I agree Jerry! Buyers can often find equity in foreclosed properties. Plus, the process is a lot less hectic compared to short sales.

Nice blog on foreclosures. With bank sale and properties below market value , I normally stress to my clients tat they are getting an instant equity property. Kind of like a bonus on their down payment.
