AVERAGE PRICE for SALE vs SOLD for the period 7/10 to 9/11
La Quinta Country Club home sales have primarily been in lower price range and many have been distressed properties. Montero Estates within LQCC had the most sales with most of them in the REO or bank-owned category. November signals the beginning of our season and many homes previously on the market will be brought back to the market. It will be interesting to see if the prices on the new listings reflect the lower prices that the current market dictates.
