Happy Halloween Rainers!

Make sure that you all stay safe, have fun and make sure your kids brush their teeth tonight:)

I was looking through the years of fun we had here in the Rain. Time goes by so fast. We have been on AR for 4.5 years now.

My how fast time flies when you are having fun and involved with important work to do.

Many of the veterans here in the Rain are taking part in our little one's growing up years so I wanted to share with you Halloween through the years since we started on AR.

Here is the first Halloween photo we posted of him in 2007:

Here he is in 2008:

Then he started to grow up faster and faster it seems.

Here he is in 2009:

Here he is now in 2011!

It's amazing how fast they grow up.  I look back on photos of my son from 3-4 years ago and he's a peanut.  Not any more!  He's 8, tall, and growing quick.

Happy Halloween!  Before you know he will be too old for this sort of thing.  I was just informed of that by my son this year so I will be relegated to just handing out the candy.

What a cool way of realizing and documenting the growth of your child... all through this amazing site.  Your journey and veteran status here is inspiring, and I look forward to 4.5 years myself!  Thanks for sharing.

Karen- I know, this year he is a 'dead baseball player'! YUCK!

Alan and Michele- Hope you have a safe Halloween too.

David- Yes, they grow up too fast. I learned that lesson when my first set of 5 kids have been grown up for a while.

Bryan- Time goes back so fast too!

Amy- Yes, kids are the reason for the fun:)

Ruth- HI! Nice to see you around!

Eileen- Oh how cute, I will go by to see Loreena's post of Meng. He is a little cutie pie too. Yes, Tristan wants to play for the Yankees when he grows up.

Lee and Carol- They are all trick or treating right now, our little guy with all of our grandkids- well, most of our grandchildren are out with him and he is such a good uncle watching over the smaller nieces and nephews of his.

Jennifer- I don't want the day to come where he does not cuddle up with me anymore. Of course, my grown up daughters still cuddle up with me and so do their children. My sons all grown up- except Tristan- the oldest is 32 and he still calls me Mommy. :) I like that.

Bob- Thanks. Hope you and your family have a very safe Halloween.

Linda- LOL! Yes, he is growing wise quickly. He tells me now that New York Yankees get paid more than any other team players in the league. He also analyzed the movie, MoneyBall for days:)

Rita- It is amazing to see children grow and with all our digital photos we can really see it all before our eyes.

Ginny- Funny you should mention signing on Halloween. We don't have a closing today but we did accept three offers on three of our Wellington Short Sale listings;)

Terronald- Welcome to the great community of ActiveRain. It has been a long time we have been here and it is fun to share the journey.

Katerina - Tristan is a heart-rob, if he isn't already. The "younger" days are cute but he's turning into a fine-looking young man. Very much like his older brother - who serves as a chef? Hugs to my favorite Yankee fan. Didn't think I would say that.

Enjoyed the Halloween pictures. You can be anyone you want to be for a day and get a sack full of free candy. What a great day watching the kids (of all ages) have so much fun.

Now, was he trying to say the Yankees died? I do have to agree they choked this year, but being I'm not a Yankees fan, that doesn't bother me so much.
