The Veterans Council of St Johns County will be honoring its 
veterans at a special event coming up very shortly on Sunday November 6th. This year we are at a new, larger venue, Anastasia Baptist Church at 1650 A1A South., St Augustine.
This free event is open to the public, tickets are not needed and there is plenty of onsite free parking. Doors will open at 1:30 pm and there will be a display of over 20 veterans related tables, the Traveling Vietnam Wall and a singer performing live on stage songs from the World War II era. All this is before the show starts.
The show will start at 2:30 pm that will be honoring ex POWs. See the primier of a locally produced documentary featuring 4 ex POWs who will all be in attendance. The show will also have patriotic entertainment with Dr. Roger Geronimo performing a patriotic medley and the St. Augustine Community School of Performing Arts singing the service anthems.
